品牌故事
大水缸」的起源是一段關於親情與關懷的真實故事。多年以前，創辦人的
父親因中風而身體虛弱，為了讓他順利服藥，一位老中醫推薦以烏梅、仙楂、甘
草熬製成湯藥。然而，藥湯的苦味讓久病的父親難以下嚥，於是創辦人開始不斷
改良配方，最終研發出一款既順口又具保健效果的酸梅湯。從這份對家人的愛與
用心出發，「大水缸」逐步誕生，並成為台灣酸梅飲品的代表品牌之一。
品牌名稱「大水缸」靈感來自早期用來儲水的器皿，象徵著實在、樸實與穩
重，正如創辦人的性格與經營理念。四十年來，「大水缸」始終秉持著最初的初
心，以天然、傳統、實在為核心價值，將一碗酸梅湯化為一種傳承、一份溫暖的
回憶。
